We are happy to announce a new League of Legends squad in Copenhagen Wolves; the Copenhagen Wolves Academy (CWA) which was formerly known as LLL White.
Today marks an exciting day in the Copenhagen Wolves history as we’ve signed an academy team to represent the Copenhagen Wolves banner. The team was formerly known as LowLandLions White and contains five Dutch players with great talents.
Our CEO, Jakob L. Kristensen, issued a statement about the acquirement:
“Today we are proud to take yet another major step in our League of Legends journey as we welcome the former LowLandLions White as the new Copenhagen Wolves Academy. We have been searching for a suitable team to represent us in the Challenger Series for quite a while and it didn’t take us long to realize that these young men were the perfect choice. We have in the history of Copenhagen Wolves always had a great relationship with the Benelux, both in regards to players and partners, so when the LLL players approached us about their situation it was an easy decision.
We are extremely excited to follow these players in their future endeavors and hopefully help them reach their ultimate goal of getting into the LCS.”

The first game under the Copenhagen Wolves banner is vs. Origin on the coming Wednesday, the 8th of April at 17:00 CET.
